Christmas Baking Classes
Christmas doughnuts with a mulled wine plum compote
Homemade light and airy jam doughnuts filled with a creme patisserie with a side dip of mulled wine spiced plum compot
Christmas Yule Log
A rolled chocolate sponge covered in a rich chocolate icing and dusted with icing sugar
Homemade Mince Pies
Take home a box of homemade mince pies made with a sweet pastry and finished with a crumble topping.
Christmas Macaroons
Christmas gingerbread spiced macaroon with egg nog filling
Classic french macaroon infused with gingerbread spices filled with egg nog filling
Macaroons with salted butter caramel
Delicate French patisseries made with ground almonds and filled with a rich salted butter caramel.
Macaroons with orange and lemon buttercream
French macaroons filled with a citrus buttercream of oranges and lemons.
Macaroons with Chocolate and Baileys ganache

Classes are running on various dates throughout October and November (there may be some too in December). Each class runs for 2.5 hours from L’Ateliers Des Chefs in St Paul’s and Oxford Circus.
